Defect Classifications

Defect Classifications is when a client does not provide specific defect classifications we use these standards:

• Minor: Defect is purely visual, does not affect the way a product is used.
• Major: Defect changes the way the product is used
• Critical: Defect renders the product unusable or could harm the user if used.
