Prince is the CoFounder/CEO of Factored Quality. He founded Workbench, a digital supply chain PM software backed by Y-Combinator, and also served as an Aerospace Engineer at NASA. Prince holds Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering degrees from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.

Whitney is the Chief of Staff at Factored Quality. Previously, she was an operations consultant for early-stage organizations, working with several Y Combinator startups to help them raise over $100M in Series A funding, collectively. She holds degrees in Communications Studies from the University of Rhode Island and a Masters Degree in Humanities from Utrecht University in the Netherlands.

Adar is the Chief Operating Officer at Factored Quality. A Naval Academy graduate with a strong background in supply chain optimization, he previously served as the Head of Supply Chain Optimization at Heroes, Senior Project Manager and Consultant at Ab Ovo. Adar holds degrees in Business/Managerial Economics, Political Science, and Ports Shipping from the University of Haifa, along with a Masters’ degree in Maritime Economics and Logistics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and an MBA from INSEAD.

Andrew is the Head of Revenue at Factored Quality. Andrew brings with him a wealth of experience, having served as the Co-Founder & CEO of Vetd and Co-Founder & COO of Nextmv. He has also led sales & revenue teams at RJMetrics and Sidecar. He holds degrees in Economics and Chinese from Kenyon College.

Vishva is the US Operations Manager at Factored Quality and Co-Founder of Pristeem. With a strong background in engineering and operations, Vishva previously worked at Pratt & Whitney. He holds degrees in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.

Milena is a US Operations Associate at Factored Quality and Founder of Abaca Botanics. She has previous operations experience at SparkTek Industries and Western Shelter, as well as a background as a Plant Manager at States Industries. Milena holds an engineering degree from Forestry University in Sofia, Bulgaria, and a Lean Manufacturing Certificate from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.

Sam is the Customer Success Manager at Factored Quality. He has previous Quality Management experience across multiple consumer product categories, most recently working as the Quality Manager at Glossier. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University.

Andrea is the Marketing Coordinator at Factored Quality. She has previous marketing experience at Autumn Communications and Malagón Group, as well as a background publicizing consumer goods brands in the fashion space. Andrea holds degrees in Marketing from LIM College and Integrated Strategic Communications from University of Kentucky.
