Inspection Report

Inspection Report is the checking and monitoring of the product across various stages of production to review the quality compared to the preset conditions and requirements.

At FQ, every single inspection includes a video of our team members walking through the findings. First, we explain how to read the report, as QC memos can be lengthy and complicated. Then, we unpack three essential pieces of information:

1. Significant Defects: Identifies and elaborates on major defects or issues discovered during the inspection.
2. Recommendations: Advises whether immediate action is required and outlines the necessary steps to address any identified issues.
3. ‍Supplier and Product Analytics: Offers a comparative analysis of your supplier's performance, specifically in terms of product defect rates, against local industry peers.
